Sink Your Teeth

Down and out, but I still have something left to say.
It's all different now, and I think I'm standing in your way.
I can not understand the things that they're saying,
And I'm not cut out for all the games that they're playing.
And I used to think that you would have my back,
But you just took what you wanted from me...
So sink your teeth into my neck, and deflate me.
I never thought that it would come to this,
But my walls are closing in on me again...
And everyone I know's becoming unfamiliar.
It's like they never knew me at all.
And it's been so long since I've gotten close to anyone,
And I'm not strong,
But you could never tell, 'cause the way I present myself.
Like everything is fine,
When everything's not fine.
And I keep finding myself,
Digging myself,
Deeper in to holes I can't climb out of...
Beneath the constand regret of,
The way I've been acting, so down and out.
But I still have something left to say...
And it's been so long, and I hope it never comes to this again.
I never thought that it would come to this,
But my walls are closing in on me again...
And everyone I know's becoming unfamiliar,
It's like they never knew me at all.
Yeah, it's like they never knew me at all...
