Sea of Faces

Silent, unheard, our premonition is no longer blurred
So we wait to locate the finer things you won't eradicate
Intriguing, seeking to hear a voice that is no longer speaking
Hollow sideshow, I sit here bathing in the afterglow

Now I am floating in a sea of faces
Are we trapped or confined to our birthplaces
In our minds we will always live forever

In taters, ladders we climb to witness all that truly matters
