Frozen Lake

She was walking through a haunted forest, and she turned her head, it was a raven right there
She was carrying other people's thoughts, and she kept it safe, in a glass container
Rugged mountains and peaceful valleys, that was her way, dark clouds in a rainy day

She was crossing a bridge between two cliffs, and the wind destroyed it, like a drop she was falling
The container was broken in little pieces, and she didn't try to fix, the thoughts turned into feelings
A frozen lake or a stormy sea, navigating without rudder on her ship, moving aimlessly

I don't know how the story ends, if the raven flies away, or it stays and kills her
Now her life lives in another's memories, a little seed that'll became in tree, a brief verse that'll never Disappear
Under the ground or in a purple sky, ashes, embers or a living flame, all behind a frozen lake
