Chains, Shackles & Broken Dreams (Extended Version)

"Welcome to I-ORION
Hello Son, thank you for listening

I hope you enjoy the music
You will not understand everything
Within the walls of this album
Within the words
Within the riddles, and why I chose the elements that I did

But I will give you one hint
And you can take this any way you'd like
There is no wrong answer

The riddle goes as this
I Owe You, I-ORION

They are Reciprocal
One is a gateway to the other
Using Humility as a foothold
You will be able to climb out of Rock Bottom
Using It as a foundation

My perception inverts towards the warmth
As I stand upon the most trusted foundations
Ironically comprised of my biggest fears

A sun shines bright
A warmth to thaw the cold and dead of darkest nights
Follow the star
My pillar
My sight
See me through
Please help Me
To not end this plight

No longer will I drown
A prisoner in chains
Beneath the fog
Between the waves
No longer will I perceive each day
As if they were something to be ashamed of

No longer will I drift alone
Isolated by my own selfish ways
No longer will I repeat this loss
Now treading in a sea of change

No longer lost and unable to see
No longer drowning in a sea of chains
A sea of shackles, a nightmarish theme

No longer slave to toxic thought
Frailties and broken dreams
'Cause it's time

It's time to break your soul free
Or repeat this loss
Treading in a sea of chains
Shackles and broken dreams

It's easy to feel the weight of it
You can't drown in a sea of change

In a life of blackness
My search for light ended
Upon the backs of evil
I began to feel the sun

Ego melted away
As I looked down at my evil twins
A confidence grew
My perception inverts towards the warmth

As I stand
My most trusted foundation
Ironically comprised of my biggest fears

A sun shines bright
A warmth to thaw the cold and dead of darkest night
Follow the star
My pillar
My sight
See me through an endless plight

No longer will I drown
A prisoner in chains
Beneath the fog
Between the waves

No longer will I perceive each day as if they were
Chains, shackles, and broken dreams
No longer will drift alone isolated by my own selfish ways
No longer will I repeat this, lost
Now treading in a sea
I see the change
No longer lost and unable to see
No longer drowning in a sea of chains
And shackles
And broken dreams
