Dispensary Kid

Well he's been medicated since he was young
Couldn't pay attention so they gave him some drugs
Amphetamines prescribed to focus his mind
But after class he started getting high

Didn't take too long before he was dabbing up
Getting detached; becoming someone else
His mind started to get a little scattered
I think it mighta had to do with the shatter

Dispensary kid
When life gets hard
He smokes to cope with it

But then the virus came and took his job away
So unemployment checks became the only way
To a big ole' fat sack of weed
From the local dispensary

Though he was lonely and alienated
Checked himself in to get evaluated
The doctor said the cure was more prescriptions
I think he only had one addiction
