I tried to see through the night but everything's too dark
I tried to turn on the lights but clouds are shrouding us

So I breathe and halt
Wanna feel like I can just stand up tall
Don't need to listen to all my voices screaming
That all hope is missing
And I can't go on

Then you took my hand and said that I am strong
Hopeless emotions, I'll deny them all
This world you show me is all I could've asked for
All I need to make it through this mist and beyond

I thought I knew about the world, but you came and proved me wrong
You shine a light on me and it felt like sunrise in the morn

So I take it in
This morning glory blooming like I've been
I found a beauty through all the things that blind me
All my hope is back and now I can go on
