Sorry & thank you
I am a mermaid
Remember when we were just a dream?
You and I
Were a fantasy
Under the sea
Because I found my merman
Whilst I was washed up on the sand
He lent a helping hand
He saved my freaking life
And made me his freaking wife
We had merbabies
One called Netica
One called Daisy
Here she is, is Netica
I don't give a damn what you think about me
(Yeah)
The way you talk shit
Talks about yourself and not me
(Yeah not me, yeah not me)
Your own misery
(Yeah your own misery)
(Own misery)
They whipped a girl called Netica
She ran away and messed it up
(Messed it up)
She thought that she should live it up
(Live it up now)
So she walked up to the homeless man
And filled his cup
(His cup, his cup)
Don't worry bout feeling
Bad at all
'Cause life is all about
Feeling good
Feeling good
Feeling good
(Felling good)
'Cause I don't give a damn what you think about me
The way you talk shit
Talks about yourself and not me
(Your own misery, ohh)
Locals of Fortitude Valley
In Queensland, Brisbane
Say to have to have witnessed
A wood chipper being stolen
By what it seemed to be
A delusional and sleep deprived
Woman in her mid 20's
Apparently, she looked
Well unkept and quite schizophrenic
And she even managed to obstruct
Police officers
In one incident
Where they tried to stop her
To gain ownership of the vehicle
As of then police had no other option but to spike the tires
To stop the vehicle
She remained in the Brisbane Women's Correctional Centre
For four months
And as of then had been
Released on bail
Due to mental incapacity
Where as of now the mental health
Courts will deal with her
I'm really sorry aye
I'm really sorry
But I learned my lesson
And I'm a different and better person now
So I wanna say thank you
For being so strong (strong, strong, strong)
Remember when we were just a dream?
You and I
Were a fantasy
Under the sea
