It's been a while since we've been over this
I told you that you just haven't been talking enough (talking enough)
I kept a smile when you said that you would change for me
But honestly I was just betting on all this fake love

We rushed too quick to live into this little fantasy
So reckless just to make you see how much you meant to me
And just the way you act to me, you weren't like this before
