Vidalia, The Cute

Azaleas tucked behind her ears
Vidalia traveled many years
To find her true love, Raphael
She knew that he would treat her well.
The cutest onion ever grown
Grew up in a simple home
on a mystic, briney aquifer
She tamed that cukey bachelor.

Vidalia, Vidalia
Rafael admires ya.
Vidalia, Vidalia
"I love ya, Vidalia."

Sometime, many years ago
Her home fell to a swirling cyclone
The neighbors helped rebuild the house
Ducks, goats, and cats - even a mouse.
Some veges helped them decorate
She learned to help others be great
She devoted all her extra time
To planting trees and ringing chimes.

Vidalia, Vidalia
Rafael admires ya.
Vidalia, Vidalia
"I love ya, Vidalia."

Kazoo and Rafa heard a sound
And they felt it come up through the ground
Intent, they chased it to the source
Through hills, and lakes, and heavy gorse.
Rafa breathed his second wind.
Though cut and broke and nearly skinned,
He found his onion, Vidalia,
to marry her among the sweet azaleas.
