Hello, I wanted to share a technique, a meditation technique
Because I've been eh doing a lot of seated meditation and
Of course, it's a practice and sometimes some tools can help to improve the practice

And especially in the beginning when doing seated meditation
It's the most tricky part, is to be able to hold a space
To be in that meditative state and
What I found as a tool that I found helpful was to seat in front of a mirror
So, if I kind of fall out or open my eyes a little bit
I see my reflection in the mirror sitting there so peacefully
And it very easily sends me straight back into the meditation
So, if you like seated meditation and would like a little extra tool
Try to seat in front of a mirror and see if you have the same effect
And yeah, enjoy (enjoy, enjoy, enjoy, enjoy)
