Over the Counter

No hard feelings, I still like you though

You know, our daily routine can be the medicine to most of our mental issues
Your routine of getting up, fixing your bed, eating breakfast
Going to school, coming home, studying and
And then sleeping is actually the best way to heal and to get back to normal

So as long as you stick to doing what you love
Then there would be no reason for you to feel that way
Sure, you may feel guilt because of something that you said
Or something that you did

But you have to remember that these are all in the past
What's best to do now is to move forward
And continue on this wild journey called, "A life"

The problems that you are having now
And those that you will be having in the future are tests
To see how well you can handle yourself
In situations like that

You just have to learn to adapt
And to find ways to steer yourself off the rough road
And get back on the freeway

Honestly speaking, you don't need a doctor
You just need a friend to talk to
Because you are never alone in this journey
Always remember that
