On to the Streets

Education is a privilege not all of us are given.
And these social structures re-assure that the wealth remains
In the pockets and bank accounts of the already wealthy.

Knowledge is power.
Might be a worn out statement, but it remains the truth.
Always has and always will.

Fed up and out of patience, frustration spills... out on the streets.

The tables are turning.
The cities are burning.
And the fact still remains that in the eyes of justice...

We are not the same.

Money makes the world go 'round.
No one stands up or makes a sound.
Cause silence is rewarded and no one cares if you can read or write.

The tables are turning.
The cities are burning.
And the fact still remains that in the eyes of justice...

Keep your ear to the ground,
It's all a calculated scheme.
Paranoia or total awareness.
Nothing's really what it seems.

Knowledge is power.
Might be a worn out statement, but it remains the truth.
Always has and always will.

Fed up and out of patience, frustration spills... out on the streets.

The tables are turning.
The cities are burning.
And the fact still remains that in the eyes of justice...

We are not the same.
