MME 4.5 seminar: "The New Influencer Ecosystem"
The next MME 4.5 seminar will be focused on The New Influencer Ecosystem and will take place on Tuesday 5 March, 2-6pm in central London at the Lewis Silkin offices on Chancery Lane.
A team of expert speakers will discuss the fast-changing industry of influencers, the various monetisation opportunities, the crossover with artists, successful and unsuccessful tie-ups with brands, the attribution metrics, the need for accountability and industry standards, and the new technology platforms competing with the maturing commercialisation of YouTube.
Speakers include entertainment and media industry analyst Georgia Meyer of MIDiA Research, influencer marketing experts Jemima Garthwaite, founder and CEO of influencer agency This Here, Jamie Searle of Brave Bison, Adam Ward previously of Peg, and Ian Shepherd, chairman of The Business of Influencers and previously with Disney.
Music industry marketing and business experts include Farhana Aboo, Head of Marketing for AEI Group, Goli Khonsari, previously with UMG now Platforms Partnerships Manager with Channel 4, and Chris Howard, founder and CEO of The Rattle.
Providing insight from across industries and platforms will be Chris Stokel-Walker, author of a new book on the commercialisation of YouTubers, and Cliff Fluet, partner at Lewis Silkin, while Lucas Polman, founder of Styliff will share intelligence from fitness content commercialisation.
