The Astronaut

THE ASTRONAUT (5: 47)

We've sent thousands of probes
Through entire galaxy
Some have never returned
We lost the heroes
There had to be some sacrifice
To save the next generations

Can anyone hear me I'm out of the way
I'm all alone all my friends have gone
There's no one around
Can anybody save me It's quite unfair
No rescue squad on the way
I'm a lost astronaut on a chain

There are worlds we can reach
Before the Sun is burnt out
We must get ready
The solar system will collapse and die
We should find a terrestrial planet
So that our children will never be lost in space

Can anyone hear me I'm out of the way
I'm all alone all my friends have gone
There's no one around
Can anybody save me
It's quite unfair No rescue squad on the way
I'm a lost astronaut on a chain

Earth is the only place in the universe
Where life is known to exist
We all hope it's not too late
And we receive a message with new coordinates
