You know I know by now you're so over it,
but at the back of your mind I know you might regret it,
if you pack it up and walk away forget it all

They used to call me Smiley back in primary and even in high school
but now that Im older, these days I tend to give my cheeks a rest,
but never the less it's best you know I don't stress out as much
before I saw it all as something complicated and I'll never fit in,
the rules and systems in place were made up to me to look as if it's
too hard and don't see, a way to be,
a way to be me and then something clicked, I think you winked,

cause I wouldn't have done what I've done without you and yes I
know, we've still got a bit to go, yep you bet, we'll keep it simple
