Whistle Blow

Thought I saw the wind stumble
Tumble down the hill
As I was leaning on my windowsill
The sun don't come and the clouds are all the same
The sky is falling calling my name

Then I heard the diesel humming
Rumbling low
The whistle roll me when it blow
I fell off the walk flew in to the wall
You never catch me when I fall

Whistle blow let my soul console me take me back
Whistle blow and I know
I'll be rolling down the track

In the night of the northern light
Ice cracked through the road
And it look like it might explode
The sun is hung from the freezing cold
And the southern sky is lighting up my soul

Fumbling like the wind
Running round blind
Dove in lost some skin and some pride
Downtown was a runaround
Just another fish on the line
Whistle blowing and I'm going for a ride

Whistle blow roll my soul until there ain't no time
Whistle blow and I know
I'll be rolling down the line
