Grandma Farinha

I see you on a piano
Like those that would try to alert me
My mind of it's ultimate consciousness
Not to distant from its interior means

She would extend herself to me
In my hour of need
When my mind would hide
From reaching

My fragile state was a concern to all
To keep attentive to my thoughts
Stimulated through the movements
Of my realm

As I lay there curled up on her chair
With eyes gleaming with adorn
To this one woman

My mind would wonder
What went on in her bedroom
And though I was taught not to ask
The stimulation to my weakest part
Was still the strongest intent

My Grandma Farinha
I see you on a piano
