In The City

Spent my whole life, looking out at a skyline.
I take no pride in what I see.
Overloaded, dead and bloated.
They're multiplying, faster than there dying.

Situation sticky (body lie dead in the street).
Why do I feel stuck in the city?
No place for you or me.
No capacity. Spent my whole life in the city.

Among the masses I will drown. Swarms of flies all around.
Take a number join the crowd. With the hook in your mouth.

With the hook in your mouth.

Situation sticky (I will suffocate in the heat).
Why do I feel stuck in the city?
No place for you or me.
Only anxiety. Spent my whole life in the city.

I'm out!

Situation sticky (body lie dead from police)
Why do I feel stuck in the city?
No place for you or me.
Only waste and debris. Spent my whole life in the city.
