Architects of a Flawed Design

It has no windows
It has no doors
How is anyone supposed to enter?
The blueprints must be flawed
The infrastructure is dissolving
Though made of concrete & chrome
Impenetrable it seems but not, indestructible
A tower of cement to some, a chapel of mirrors to others
Through the years the chrome turns to glass
From unbreakable to fragile
Is it possible or just, a fragment of my
Imagination, of my imagination & if it is
It has, great power of persuasion
To allow, them, to see themselves again
Can you see it?
Can you see the smile, on the other side
Can you see it?
The structure begins to take shape
It appears to be a clock tower
Yet it's clock is not moving, it never did
Forever stagnant thanks to it's architect
Too proud to allow time to move (now)
Without primary function it will crumble
And from it's debris another tower shall be, constructed
And the never ending, cycle
Will again repeat itself
And the cycle will, repeat itself
