Small Fall

Looking up at the trees I see their big smiles
They're waving at me, with the wind being loud
Some grow as tall as 500 miles
While others just stay low, but beg to blow off the ground

And while life may seem like a total wastedown
I still see it as a test for my soul, to see if I

Grow as the trees, breaking the grounds
As I grow, I learn to overcome the downs
And if the people step on me, I will stand to grow tall
And life would be nothing but a small fall

Looking up at the high-rise I see they're like towers
Built to last, from hardworking construction masters
They place brick by brick, carefully, to make it strong
So no wind or quake can make their plans go wrong

Grow as the high-rise, touching the clowds
As I grow, I learn to overcome the downs
And if the people break me, I will fix me to stand tall
And life would be nothing but a small fall
