Goodbye

A river cuts across
The valley of discord
Between the right and wrong
But where's the north pole?

The water is flowing slow
Transparent and so low
That with a rope, one could reach
The opposite shore

But a whistle
And a whisper
Cause the will to fall apart!

His look turned
To the mountains
And they were four meters far!

The swollen river now
Skims with an awful sound
None can hear the voice
Of his opponent

The valley of despair
Has stones of acquiescence
Set all along the river
Til the horizon

All the whistles
And the whispers
Objects of the regrets!

The time, one could have spent to
Build bridges,
Was wasted instead

But all he thought he knew
Was conjecture!
And all he thought he needed
Was possession!

He said, they did not call
But did he?
He said that they were lost
But was he sure?

And now they walk alone
Drowning their thoughts
And shaking their heads

It's time, for them to forgive
For them to forget
And for each other's back

The sun's rising from east
And lighting the ones
For they do really care

It's time, for their goodbye
Without a revenge
Wishing just all the best
