There is excitement in the air of that hospital waiting room
It's been nine whole months already and now they're finally due
And the friends and the families are laughing out
loud cause this is they day they've all talked about
But in the commotion the nurse grabbed her hand and said

but soon you'll be laughing about the week you brought her home

Another first day back at school, making memories of her own
