Ohana Tennessee

OHANA TENNESSEE

On a misty filled morning
The road hard to see
I had a thought of a palm tree
Swaying in the breeze

I remembered warm evenings
And sweet harmonies
A feeling so warm
Washed right over me

I keep thinking that I could break free
But your love has a strong hold over me
There really is nothing that I really need
Except for the love Ohana Tennessee

If I listen real close
To the melody
The guitar picking
So effortlessly

I sometimes see the light
Shine through the trees
The amber red sunset
Takes me down to my knees

A very wise man
Said once long ago
Take care of your family
And nurture their souls

There's something much bigger
Than being alone
I found it right here
In this place I call home
