Well she said honey do be careful
As she walked me to the door
And I said baby don't worry
I've made this run before
She gave me a little kiss
And looked me straight into the eyes
And said remember
Look out for the other guy
I reved the engine up and pulled away
Gave a second thought to what she had to say
I've never been suspicious
And I didn't want to be

Eighteen wheels were rolling
And I was making good time
But I couldn't get that woman off my mind

My face turned beet red
All because of something that she said

So I turned my rig around
And headed straight back to my home
I was bound and determined
There was something going on
I busted through the front door
And I truly was surprised
She was all alone
No there was no other guy
I stood there like the world's biggest fool
She looked at me so calm and cool
She said honey what's the matter
Did you leave something behind?
