Wise Man and the Hero

A young boy sold his soul for a perfect heart
But it'd cost him a fortune in gold to see a light in the dark
This curse that's been bestowed, it holds the path to restart
The hero of the story knows, the world is falling apart

Time froze, but the gears proceed to flow
Do wise men really know, if all hopes lost to the snow
You'll go down a long and ugly road
Wise men learn to hope in the one they make a hero

Stuck in an icy cold, hero makes his way to the start
But the heat has a cozy glow below the shining stars
Through peaks, mountains, valleys and roads, he goes on his mighty march
What the hero is about to be shown, the treasure isn't far

But Look close, see that you've always known
Wise men don't have a home, their hearts are meant to roam
But know, this world will need a hero
Wise men will help him grow, and show him the way to home
