Cork

Bottle of red, or a bottle of white?
I didnt think she really drank much, actually at all
It was just a fragment of my mind that
thought she actually wanted to booze with me
I felt obliged to treat this fausaud of us or
at least some sort of satisfying conversation
Thats what i fell short of
Realizing who she was
And how intensally intresting she was
There was no need for wine no need for whiskey
Even tho whisky always seemed imensally needed
I was a headcase i felt anxiously unsmooth
She always made me feel anti anxious and semi quant
As this thinking of booze or no booze came to an end
She finally admitted to me that she
didnt care for wine she cared for the bottle
Not red or white but for the cork the dried stained memory filled
cork that could be salvaged as we doused the savory liquid
End
