Change of Plans
Even though the day was sunny, pretty funny and it felt strange
And it was in my head, but couldn't really think of something
It's like I've had it all before, even more but this was different
But hey, it started pretty well, early in the morning
A day to sweep the mind
Maybe a little less
Oh man, I have the touch
Early in the morning
Felt like I won the lottery but still it didn't stop my worries
I tried to think of something, then I thought of something else
Unable to accept that this was just a day like all the others
And it started pretty well, early in the morning
A day to change the plans
I think I got it clear
But soon I changed my mind
Later that morning
Oh what a bad day - except the morning
Oh what a bad day - it was no fun at all
Oh what a bad day - except the morning
Oh what a bad day
The value of a pointed middle finger on a lonely Sunday
I quickly figured out that it was really worth nothing
My curiosity to see if all the others think it's ok
Still it started pretty well, early in the morning
Turning it inside out
At least that's what I thought
But no result at all
After that morning
Oh what a bad day - except the morning
Oh what a bad day - it was no fun at all
Oh what a bad day - except the morning
Oh what a bad day
And it was in my head, but couldn't really think of something
It's like I've had it all before, even more but this was different
But hey, it started pretty well, early in the morning
A day to sweep the mind
Maybe a little less
Oh man, I have the touch
Early in the morning
Felt like I won the lottery but still it didn't stop my worries
I tried to think of something, then I thought of something else
Unable to accept that this was just a day like all the others
And it started pretty well, early in the morning
A day to change the plans
I think I got it clear
But soon I changed my mind
Later that morning
Oh what a bad day - except the morning
Oh what a bad day - it was no fun at all
Oh what a bad day - except the morning
Oh what a bad day

Oh what a bad day - except the morning
Oh what a bad day - it was no fun at all
Oh what a bad day - except the morning
Oh what a bad day
