I'm lost, I don't know what to do
So I'm sitting down writing, tryna bring my thoughts to you

But the process is so uncomfortable
Yeah I'm stuck in college at the moment but it's ending soon

How can someone so happy end up feeling miserable
Mentally I'm strong, but I feel it in the physical

They say I can rap, but honestly they could be tricking you

A role model to many, the kids they adore you
So stop it, all the self doubt isn't for you

Even tho, it's moving slow, please practice patience
Life is but a marathon and there's no need for racing
Slow down, grow now, go now, pace it
My stress, regrets, my mess, shake it
