The Sky Is Falling

Water withheld above its head
To separate the above and below
Cascaded down to drown the land
The waters then overflowed
Out from the sky

Outta the sky the water fell
Tumbling down
It opened its mouth
Drowning the earth, it filled the well
Storm of the day
Grizzled and bay
Flooding the plains as a fountain
The valley, the dead
Bloodstained and red
Run for the top of the mountains
Down into hell it buried its head
To instigate the above and below
Rising up from the dead
The blood then overflowed
Up from the ground

Up from the ground the flowers grew
Up from the ground
A chariot's sound
Up from the ground with wings they flew
Hell broke loose
They put our head in a noose
They lit the fuse and burned it down
Up from our graves
The time has come to pay
For everything that they took away
Run, run, run, the sky's falling down, down, down
Falling down to the ground
Run, run, run but you can't run away
From the sound, the sound
Time and time and strife
