I can't decide how I feel inside
When everything you say is lie
Or rather than a lie just not quite the truth
I think you don't like what you see in you
Anger held in begins to seep out
It's amazing how what your about
Is very similar to what you said you're not
Maybe you forgot
But most likely you just weren't listening

I can't seem to keep straight
Out of which side of your mouth you're talking today
I guess in a way I feel ashamed
To know that after all you're all the same
You think your secret's safe?
You don't know what I know
Though on the surface I may seem calm
But inside I want to explode

Come down and see the two headed beast
The main event in this circus of uncertainty
But the head that lies is dissatisfied
With leftovers, trash and scraps
So it turns itself on its other head
And with reckless intent
It now is hellbent
On chowing, devouring and choking down
The remains of the truth instead
