Cats and Rats

Pin feet on needle legs should be silent as they drop
You shouldn't hear then clipping through the tree
Plenty of figs have fallen and if you'd just stay on the ground
You could eat them silent as can be

You're far more scared of me than I am of you
But only for a moment then you're rustling again
You annoy me and there's nothing I can do
Until you rustle back to your den

A predator should at least be a silent as it's prey
Especially a stray hunting in a tree
You're supposed to have a knack for this and if you'd keep it down
Your prey would fall as silent as can be

You're far more scared of me than I am of you
But only for a moment then you're rustling again
You annoy me and there's nothing I can do
Until you rustle back to your den

Run 'em out the tree
Oh run 'em out the tree
