The North

Tired and restless
Make my way up to the north
To make the great escape
Arrive to a cabin
Secluded and dark
I need to rest my tired eyes
There was a noise
I hear it scratching the side
Of the cabin walls
Find a place to hide
I hearth it breathing
I hear the growl

You better
Run away
Hope is but a dismal Dream
With Every single breath
You take
You'll need to find a way to get away from the
Grip of the beast

I ran outside
Grabbed the double barrel
Then I looked on the roof
And I saw what it was
It had Teeth like razors and
Claws from hell
I ran into the pine trees
Into the never ending dark
I felt it stalking behind me
When will it strike
The mythical beast
I have never thought of seeing
Exists up north
How can the world host such a being

You better
Run away
Hope is but a dismal Dream
With every single breath
You take
You need to find a way to get away from the
Grip of the beast
