Barely breathing
I'm losing my mind

Easy target cuz I wear my heart on my sleeve
Pain cuts deep
Spent a lot of time tryna be something they need
But all they did was take advantage and watch me bleed
Hard pill to swallow I'm feeling hollow what happened to me
I'm talented they say
Can't balance out my ways
No malice in my bones
But still I can't make em stay
Struggled with these demons they made me feel so worthless
Now I surround myself with people that tell me that I'm worth it
But sometimes

I feel like I'm barely breathing
I feel like I'm losing my mind
All I wanted was something to believe in
Looking for a path I can't seem to find

And I keep
Running running running out of time
Been looking for my purpose all my life
Sometimes that's the way life goes
At least as far as I know
That's the way life goes sometimes
No matter where you are you're not alone

So much I've learned
It's funny how life takes a turn
I guess you gotta learn before you can earn
I'm thankful for my hardships
The people I grew apart with
I haven't always been the smartest
But my struggles make me a better artist
We all face losses and gains
That's never gon change
Sticks and stones broke some bones but my soul won't ever break
There's beauty in sadness and pain
That's why rainbows come after the rain
But still sometimes
