On the Harbor
I was alone that night
The wind was cold and strong
As I walked down the harbor
I pondered, I questioned, I wept
I gazed upon the moonlit sea, and there she was
A sea goddess dancing on the waves
Her hair flowing and glistening
I hopped aboard the first ship I saw
The captain refused the storm
I took the ship myself, for I had to get to her
She sang to me
The sea goddess who danced on the waves
She sang a tragic song
Halfway out of the harbor, the ship began taking on water
Waves crashing, thunder rumbling, typhoons emerging
I was doomed
She wanted it that way, and so did I
The closer I got, the deeper the ship plunged
Ensuring my watery grave
The storm raged on, and still she danced
On top of the waves
She continued to dance
She continued to sing my tragic song
The wind was cold and strong
As I walked down the harbor
I pondered, I questioned, I wept
I gazed upon the moonlit sea, and there she was
A sea goddess dancing on the waves
Her hair flowing and glistening
I hopped aboard the first ship I saw
The captain refused the storm
I took the ship myself, for I had to get to her
She sang to me
The sea goddess who danced on the waves
She sang a tragic song
Halfway out of the harbor, the ship began taking on water
Waves crashing, thunder rumbling, typhoons emerging
I was doomed
She wanted it that way, and so did I
The closer I got, the deeper the ship plunged
Ensuring my watery grave
The storm raged on, and still she danced
On top of the waves
She continued to dance
She continued to sing my tragic song
