And the song when we finished writing it
Reminded me of something I couldn't figure out what it was
Which song it was, and it was Cry by Godly & Creme
Do you remember the tune? Too young you see!
And I realized that, I mean it was quite a ground breaking video when it emerged
This very simple portrait tune, black and white
And faces changing into each other, with really simple sort of technology
But it was really, it was quite something

Everybody in the band remembered it apart from Craig, who is only two years younger than us
Despite his very youthful appearance
And I realized that if we got Kevin Godley to remake the video for us
It would draw attention to his brilliant artwork
And we could basically use his ideas to promote our record
And he called me a cheeky bastard, but he did it
And he appeared in the video and it was a really lovely day
And I got to meet one of me heroes in Kevin Godley
