Thanks for All the Laughs

I don't know what's happened to the years
Replace these childhood things with brand new tears
I'm the same dumb kid who drank too much
I used love like you'd use a crutch
But I don't really see me in the mirror

Sometimes it feels like hanging on a chord
Like everything I write should be ignored
Month long tours, punk rock zines
Album cycle, same old scene
I can't tell if I'm old or I'm just bored

Yesterday I got a call
My mom is in the hospital
They said she's not doing well
But it's hard for me to tell

I'm not sure how we got here
But I know we can't go back
If I don't see you in the crowd tonight
Thanks for all the laughs
