All Nights Belong to You

Before you go
Give the stars a name
The look on your face
Did I dream again?

I recall a time
Was it January or July?
Relinquished our love
The grand offering

Seven auras
Deathly cosmos

Speak to me
In ways I've forgotten
How perilous
Your parting of seas
Your worlds of woe

What I'd give
To have another warm night
Turn around
And ask me to dim the light
It seems so simple
Yet we don't know what to do
So far away now
All nights belong to you

Rapture
Last summer
Remembering
Deep within me

Bring on the dawn
Bring forth your flame
And orchestrate the lashing
In sequence of gloom

After the drought
I wrote a poem
Upon the moon
Do you sleep alone?
