Broken Heart

1996 Nigeria raised me, loved by mama, my nanny, but my father left me
Well, He run away like a piggy kiddy
Thought me the man i'll never choose to be
1998 my mama chose my fate, she call me destiny, she knew I could be great
That hard work can't match with some pretty face
From Nigeria to Italy, there's no time to waste
When she left I remember the tears on her face
Always told I got a whole world inside to take
That life aint bout fortune but about the tune you make
Never give up son, fight for your own sake

Slowly but surely, we made a family
He made the worst of me, she made the best of me
He disappeared as the most dangerous lightning
I'd like to know, what does happiness mean

You take, you wrap, you get your risk
Staring at the mirror and yawl dats the real me
When you move too fast or go too slow
Just remember a king lion only get one shot

Yeah 21 century, a drama poetry
A new beginning running from my old poverty
A new beginning facing a brand-new family
Way to lose my mind... what's the real sanity?
Barely standing, wonderin a happy ending
You take what you give... don't you know where did you landed?
A place called home or a home called place
Country you go... custom you take

You might make me come to life then i can't wish you death
Saw and though shall reap... you better fix it in your head
Blood of my blood, but you are not my dad...
You lost that right when you sold your son with no regrets

You take, you wrap, you get your risk
Staring at the mirror and yawl dats the real me
When you move too fast or go too slow
Just remember a king lion only get one shot
