BAD & OUT
I was down bad and out
I ain't see a way out
I ain't see a light at the end of the tunnel
I ain't see a life after the trouble
I ain't see a light at the end of the tunnel
Cuz I kept going under
So many people wanted me to fumble
So many people wanted me to fumble
Had to stay humble
Or I knew my life would crumble
Into pieces
This is my thesis that I wrote on this rhyme
In between creases to signify my poems in pieces of me
They ain't believe in me
They lied on me
They hated me
But it's clear to see
What I'm gon be
Even though they ain't believe me
I was struggling
I ain't see a life
I was on my grind
I had to work 2 jobs
Just to pay the lights
Bought mini fridge just to hide the ice
From the land Christ
At my apartment where I spent every night
And dreamed of paradise
Somethin always on my mind
How to get better
How to get more
Even after they shut the door
I used sleep on floors
I used to sleep on floors
Now I want more
Now I'm breakin down the doors
I ain't see a way out
I ain't see a light at the end of the tunnel
I ain't see a life after the trouble
I ain't see a light at the end of the tunnel
Cuz I kept going under
So many people wanted me to fumble
So many people wanted me to fumble
Had to stay humble
Or I knew my life would crumble
Into pieces
This is my thesis that I wrote on this rhyme
In between creases to signify my poems in pieces of me
They ain't believe in me
They lied on me
They hated me
But it's clear to see
What I'm gon be
Even though they ain't believe me
I was struggling
I ain't see a life
I was on my grind
I had to work 2 jobs
Just to pay the lights
Bought mini fridge just to hide the ice
From the land Christ
At my apartment where I spent every night
And dreamed of paradise
Somethin always on my mind
How to get better
How to get more
Even after they shut the door
I used sleep on floors
I used to sleep on floors
Now I want more
Now I'm breakin down the doors
