Walk in My Shoes

Try to make some steps in my shoes
They want be comfy, you'll have to choose
They're meant to build, not to lose
They're made of iron, dreams and fuse

They walked in every kind of ground
On sand and rocks, they have no bound
They crossed some other shoes around
They walked together in a rhythmic sound

Sometimes they step in a wrong direction
Those times they stop for a small reflection
A change of route, they're back in action
Crossing other shoes for a new connection

And they dance, they dance
They dance till the music lasts
And they dance, they dance
They dance within the future and the past

My shoes are more a kind of boots
They press the soil to feel their roots
If they feel sad they go in the woods
If they feel angry they just kick some goods

They travel far to meet other shoes
How are they made of, do they step the blues?
They run on new roads, they don't follow the rules
If they hit others they hold no excuse

And they dance, they dance
They dance till the music lasts
And they dance, they dance
They dance within the future and the past

If they end up alone in the dark
With some step sound following close
They would wisely avoid every park
Get some help by someone of those
Who don't allow their path to be crossed
By the ones who takes, breaks and bosses
'Cos they're meant to walk on a path
That doesn't stop till they reach the stars

And they dance, they dance
They dance till the music lasts
And they dance, they dance
They dance within the future and the past
(Through the future and the past, through the future and the past...)
