Fortune Teller
Went to the fortune teller
To have my fortune read
I didn't know what to tell her
The dizzy feeling in my head
She took a look at my palm
She said son ain't it kind of warm
Looked into a crystal ball
Said you're in love
I said how could that be so
With all the girls I know
She said when the next one arrives
You'll be looking into her eyes
I left there in a hurry
Woke to a big suprise
The next thing I discovered the fortune teller told me a lie
Hurried back down to that women
As mad as I could be
Said didn't see nobody
Why she make a fool out of me
Then, something struck me
As if it came from up above
By looking at the fortune teller I fell in love
Now, I'm a happy fellow
Married to the fortune teller
We're happy as can be
I get my fortunes now for free
(On the house)
To have my fortune read
I didn't know what to tell her
The dizzy feeling in my head
She took a look at my palm
She said son ain't it kind of warm
Looked into a crystal ball
Said you're in love
I said how could that be so
With all the girls I know
She said when the next one arrives
You'll be looking into her eyes
I left there in a hurry
Woke to a big suprise
The next thing I discovered the fortune teller told me a lie
Hurried back down to that women
As mad as I could be
Said didn't see nobody
Why she make a fool out of me
Then, something struck me
As if it came from up above
By looking at the fortune teller I fell in love
Now, I'm a happy fellow
Married to the fortune teller
We're happy as can be
I get my fortunes now for free
(On the house)
