Save Me

Nobodys gonna save you, learn a lesson
And it's a blessing in disguise when we're failing at life
And have to try a little hard to survive at the menial things
Maybe they're bigger to you but think of what the weather brings for someone else
Drags em through hell and their families too
Battered and bruised without water to drink
Rotten stomachs for food
Just yesterday their brother went off to war
And he aint ever coming back and they aint gonna play together anymore
Cause he's a soldier now, A product of the Government
To hell with it, We bitch cause we can barely pay the rent
And maybe thats a problem but put it perspective
If they could fail electives and elections they would probably feel like Superman
So whats the master plan when God won't fuckin listen?
He's a phoney and a story made by cronies banking money in their vaults
While waging war on other countries
So I gotta ask, Why leave out the parts too gory.

I'm running backwards in the backwoods
And I hear you
And you're screaming
Wont somebody save me
Wont somebody save me from what I am?
