Loss of a Friend

It's getting hard for me to feel this pain
I can't escape from yesterday
A sad sensation now invades my soul
The sorrow of losing a friend

There is so much that I will have to learn
There is no time for more mistakes
Although I know what I am looking for
It's time, more time and time again

I've had to deal with different perceptions
No one's to blame
My mind is raging no direction
I'll go insane

Whatever comes I'll do it my own way
Can wait no longer anymore
Maybe I'll have to ask for one more chance
And deal with it the best I know

Can't lose my sense
I need a change to my dimensions
Might quiet stillness help

Bringing me too low down
There's a lot that I could say
Cause the pain is all around
