Uncomfortable

Never knew how much I didn't know
I guess I thought I knew you all over
You just get so used to the feeling inside
Not that I'm complaining

I guess I should've paid better attention to the remarks
The little glances that you threw at me
And now I can't un-see 'em

And they say we're crazy to think that we'd make it
But I say we gave them a run
And all of the things that we hid in our fingertips
Well I don't want to remember them

We'd dress each other up in all the latest fashion
But the clothes, well they never truly did fit
Maybe that's why we were always so uncomfortable

I suppose you don't have that problem anymore
I guess tell myself that you're resting
Cooked your favorite food for when you get up

And they said we're crazy to think that we'd make it
But I say you gave them a run
And all of the things that we hid in our fingertips
Well I don't want to remember

But at least I've got something to talk about
But at least I've got something to talk about now
Something to talk about
Got something to talk about
