We'll Be Alright
Disclaimer
Test everything I say with the word of God
I wrote this feeling that it needed to be said
It's March 2, 2020
And these are my thoughts on what's going on in the world right now
And the perspective we need to have
Okay
We try to build things that last forever
But nothing on the earth is gonna last forever
Why do we ever think that
I wrote this because I'm worried about Coronavirus
But Jesus says "do not be anxious" straight outta the Bible
Suffering and all the hard things He talks about is finally reality
And I don't know how to handle it
It's like when things happen overseas, it doesn't mean a thing
Until it's local now I don't know to manage this
We can sit here and speculate
If this is man-made genocide
Even if it is I'm not gonna just waste time
This is hard for me to write because it is politicized
But it goes past that I'm talking lives
So I lament to the lives already lost
I pray you seek to understand what Jesus did on the cross
I know, that what is happening's reality
I know, that eternity is what's unseen
I know, that Jesus is my security
So
We'll be alright, we'll be alright
My perspective is
Even if I die my mind's focused on what the objective is
So the objective is
Directing people to seek the truth in the scripture to be inspective it's
About storing your treasures in heaven
It means as I'm writing I gotta ask myself questions
If I were to be taken away what would I have on my grave?
Did I spend my time most in the office just slaving away?
Or did I build relationship with people every day?
And tell people the truth the one who came to save?
I know there are times I didn't, I wish that I did
I'm sorry I didn't give my hand out when you needed it
Because, Love is grace but it is also correction
Love is pulling someone out from the wrong direction
Love is Ahavah it means to reveal God's characteristics
Exodus 34:6-7
I know, that what is happening's reality
I know, that eternity is what's unseen
I know, that Jesus is my security
So
We'll be alright, we'll be alright
I know this seems to be a time to really think
So I think I need to spend my time where I need
I need you people in my life
You promise we will be
We will be alright, we will be alright
I know this seems to be a time to really think
So I think I need to spend my time where I need
I need you people in my life
You promise we will be
We will be alright, we will be alright
