Alright, all you doom slayin' mother flappers
It's time to fork some shirts up
You gotta take a break from all the
skull chrushing every once in a while
Let's make some pulled pork
Get a bowl, mix spice
Brown sugar, paprika
Cumin, coriander, salt and pepper togheter
Rub half on the pork, save some for later
Heat oil in a large skillet, brown pork on each side
Add onion, garlic, to the slow cooker
And top with pork
In a bowl, mix rest of spice rub
With the stock, ketchup, vinegar
Pour over the pork, and cook for five hours...
Place the pork on a sheet, let rest for 30 minutes
Skim pork fat from cooker, and put in a blender
Blend until smooth, then pour fat back into
Into the slow cooker, and make sure you mix it well...
It's time to shred the meat...
