Sunrise

You see the sunrise
Creepin through the window
So you get up to close the blinds
Todays not a good time
Can they see it in your eyes
Maybe smilin' will make it alright
But you keep it all inside
Maybe time will push the tides aside

Wake up every morning with the same routine
Time isn't tickin' like it used too it seems
Autopilot minds stuck the endless stream
Pretendin' you can swim but your drownin'
Deeper down the pool till you fool yourself happy
Told yourself by now life wouldn't be so crappy
Askin for a sign wanting to find reasons to unwind
The trouble in your mind but like just isn't very kind

When your alone and all of the darkness implodes
Oozing every emotion out you that you have ever known
Screw it is it even worth it, you know you'll never be perfect
Go to sleep knowing you'll do it all again tomorrow morning

You see the sunrise
Creepin through the window
So you get up to close the blinds
Todays not a good time
Can they see it in your eyes
Maybe smilin' will make it alright
But you keep it all inside
Maybe time will push the tides aside

Now you walking round pissed off at the sound
Of anybody you know that's turnin' they life around
They all villains your just chillin' but inside your really tickin'
And just thinkin' back at feelings
Wasn't meant to be wait and see your moment leave
Plant the seed the growing tree violently shaken by the breeze
Till it loses all its leaves left to quiver and shiver
Voice fades like the winter

When your alone and all of the darkness implodes
Oozing every emotion out you that you have ever known
Screw it is it even worth it, you know you'll never be perfect
Go to sleep knowing you'll do it all again tomorrow morning

You see the sunrise
Creepin through the window
So you get up to close the blinds
Todays just not a good time
