Distractions
Distractions
Are defined as
A diversion, or recreation
They are something we use on ourselves to escape
Or to get away
We distract ourselves from
Our problems, our anxiety, and our depression
Doing this gives us hope
And allows us to see the light
At the end of the tunnel
It occupies us, and allows us to build
And encourages us to keep moving forward
We distract ourselves with music, wiith art, with poetry
Or anything that we love
We use these things to distract ourselves
From the things that hold us back
And the things that bring us down
And this, this is my distraction
What's yours?
