Jewel.

I understood the ocean
Tirelessly clobbering the earth
Standing on its way
Insisting, through the centuries
To complete the sculpture

An artist, in its own way

The stone, the cliffs i understood as well
Accepting the fact that wave by wave
Their faces change

A small crystal on the sand
Will be a jewel found by a child's hand

Look, mom
I found a diamond the colour of your eyes
It's beautiful, she will reply

So, just like this small part of a bottle long ago fragmented
Became a treasure
Can I too, aspire to turn into a pearl
Or a desired gem for my spirit's magnification?

I'll ask the sea
With its wise voices
It always replies to me
