Storm Glass

He terrified me every night
I hear him thudding up the stairs
Throwing sand in children's eyes
Until they're bleeding from their heads

They say that he's a wicked man
And after years he's coming back
Once killed my father in the smoke
Thus I'm now willing to avenge

How could such an evil thing have crossed your path?
The terrifying thoughts I call my own
They're keeping me awake and though I impetrate
Don't think about the dark
Don't think about the storm glass

Climbing up the tower stairs
I grabbed Coppola's telescope
Fire flashed my burning eyes
And so I jumped all down the slope
